Learned a lot about what people are interested in, and setting up an attractive looking table. ## Bogor, Indonesia Whilst I have lived in New Zealand for more than half a life-time, I still call Bogor, Indonesia, where I grew up, home. Shortly after tidying up after Armageddon Artist Alley, I flew off to Indonesia. What makes this trip different from my previous trips is that it is the first time I travel internationally solo, without Jaime. Last time I went home alone was before Jaime was born, and she turns 18 this year. I also travelled light and only had carry on baggage on the way here. It's been a holiday in that I had no pottery to do, and I haven't had to think about what to cook. Every morning I just go with the flow. One morning I went for a walk with mum to her group exercise and had rice porridge for breakfast after. ![[IMG_9099.jpeg]] Another morning I went on a motorbike ride with my brother for a different kind of breakfast. ![[IMG_9120.jpeg]] Still more days to fill with more food.
